| Bullitt is a nicely built safety-lean and wiry. He possess good athleticism and is aggressive yet smooth. He doesn't play with awkward movements (feet sliding from under him in recovery/breaking, arms flailing, et cetera). He does a great job defending against the run. He is great against the pass when he makes the right read. When he gets caught looking in the backfield, he has trouble. He is a solid safety net that will prevent the big play.

| Terrence Bullitt finished his junior season with 95 tackles, two fumbles recovered, two fumbles caused and one interception. His team made it to the second round of the playoffs, finishing with a 9-3 record. He benches 245 pounds, squats 335 and has a 35-inch vertical jump.
Bullitt reports a 2.7 core GPA and a 1450 SAT (three-part).
Bullitt: "I can tackle well and I cover good too. I run to the ball hard and am very physical. I play tough, but I want to improve my man-to-man coverage and technique."
