Dual threat QB gets offer No. 4 from SEC

After lighting the scoreboards up for more than 25 touchdowns as a sophomore, he has caught the attention of several DI programs and has already received a few scholarship offers. Recently, he pulled in another one. TPI caught up with Shepard to talk about the latest in recruiting.
