5A tie waits another week

TPI ranks after week 8 play reveal tie at the top that will be settled this weekend when The Woodlands travels to face No. 5 Lufkin in a district brawl. Keep your eyes open for that result Friday night. If Hightower and The Woodlands both win, odds favor the Highlanders earning the top spot because defeating Lufkin at home is very difficult.
