The recruiting of Dallas Smith ATH Jatashun Beachum known as “Shun” continues to be a tremendous off-season story that bears watching. Beachum according to his HC Elzie Barnett has recently acquired three new offers and all three schools have made it into his top four.
”Shun recently got offers from Florida, Oregon and Miami,” said Barnett who mentioned a coach Florida will be by the fieldhouse sometime this week to check Beachum out in person. “Right now the top four is Florda, Oregon, Miami, and Oklahoma,” said Barnett who also doesn’t think Beachum will be deterred by the distance from Dallas.
The three time all-district performer at A. Maceo Smith High currently holds offers from all four schools in his top four along with offers from Kansas, Iowa State, Wake Forest, Oklahoma State, TCU, Utah, and Nebraska.
