Dinkins Is Number Five for the Frogs

TCU continues to mine East Texas for talent and on Thursday the Frogs landed their fifth verbal for 2010 landing Tyler Lee's Chris Dinkins.

Chris Dinkins a 6'2195 pound safety from Tyler Lee verbally committed to TCU. A three year letterman for Coach Mike Owens' Red Raiders Chris was named Honorable Mention all 11-5A last year recording 2 INT's and returning a fumble for a score against DeSoto.

In 2008 Dinkins teamed with DE Simmon Blaylock, DB's Jordan Aubrey and Josh Aubrey and LB and fellow TCU commit LB Blake Roberts to form one of the top defenses in the state. Tyler Lee finished 7-5 in 2008 before being eliminated by Garland in the Area Playoffs.
