"My biggest strength has to be my speed off edge, I consider myself a pass rusher," said Awe who wants to focus on lowering his pad level and picking up some more muscle in the off-season.
As it stands Femi may not wind up going to far away from home for college as TCU appears to be Awe's favorite. "I really like TCU, the location is great its just 30 minutes from home and I love the style of defense they play," said the Mansfield DE. Awe who does hold an offer from the Horned Frogs is also getting interest from Nebraska, Wisconsin, Kansas State, Alabama, and Iowa State.
The summer camp schedule could be busy as well as Femi plans on camping at Baylor, Oklahoma and TCU. "I want to get out this summer and just try to improve my all around game," said the future business major. Femi's decision may take a little while to come`down as he was very adamant on waiting until after the season. "Recruiting is nice but I want my focus to be on helping the team do better than last year. We lost Stepfan Taylor but I think with just about everyone else back we can do some good things."
