As the recuriting for the Class of 2009 starts to heat up TPI brings you the latest updates on not only the top recruits in the states but also a few sleepers you might want to keep an eye on.
Cedar Hill's Jamarcus Goodall will be a big part of the Longhorns defense as they look to rebound from an 8-4 season just one year removed from a 16-0 mark and a state championship in 2006. Goodall who was honorable mention all 8-5A in 2007 told TPI today that the University of Hawaii is the early favorite for his services. "I really like Hawaii, it seems like a great place to be," said Goodall.
Jamarcus also has gotten interest from Oklahoma State and North Texas as well. Look for Goodall to show his wares in a couple of weeks as he'll be at the Dallas Combine on April 19.
As always stay with TPI this off-season for all your recruiting and seven on seven updates!
