In a talent-laden class, Katy Seven Lakes wide receiver Anthony Kendrick could be considered one of the top players in the Lone Star State. Though he may not be receiving as much publicity as some of the other top wide outs in his class, Kendrick is still getting some interest his way.
"I don't have an offer yet, but I have been hearing from Texas Tech, Houston, Wisconsin, Northern Iowa, and Louisville," Kendrick said. "I am receiving quite a few handwritten letters from Northern Iowa, Wisconsin, and Houston, but right now I do not have a favorite."
But either way, Kendrick is one to watch. The 6-foot-4, 215-pound Kendrick finished the year with close to 40 catches for 700 yards and five touchdowns. At the moment, he is still involved with basketball season, but looks to hit the weights hard once the season is complete.
Kendrick said he plans hit attend some camps this summer, with Texas A&M being one for sure. But he said he would decide the others at a later date.
Right now, he is just waiting on the first offer to come his way.
"All of this interest feels good, but I am waiting on that first offer," Kendrick said. "I just want options. But once I find the right one, I'll jump on it."
Kentucky continues it's streak of commitments with the three-star Texas receiver, Anthony Kendrick.
