What about Oklahoma State first caught your eye?
Salinas: The facilities, the coaches and their track record of how good they've been lately. They also have my degree. I want to do graphic design, so that was really important to me.

What was your deciding factor in committing to the Cowboys?
Salinas: Like I said, the graphic design was one of the main defining factors. And then I loved their facilities. And coach (Joe) Wickline is just a great coach.

What are three words or phrases that describe you as a person?
Salinas: Outgoing, leader and strong-willed.

What are three words or phrases that describe you as a football player?
Salinas: Mean, tough and a good teammate.

What is your favorite thing to do on the football field?
Salinas: Just win.

What is your favorite thing to do off the football field?
Salinas: Hang out with my friends and family.

If you don't go on to play in the NFL, what would you like to do?
Salinas: Something in graphic design, like creating logos for an advertising agency.

What are you most looking forward to in terms of playing for Oklahoma State?
Salinas: Just being able to be a part of a Big 12 Championship.

What do you feel will be your biggest challenge in moving from high school to college?
Salinas: I'm not sure, to tell you the truth. I'm just looking forward to the challenge all together.

Who is the one player on Oklahoma State's roster, or in your recruiting class, that you are most excited to be teammates with next season?
Salinas: I'm not really sure. I'm just really excited to be with all the guys who are there. I met all of them on my official trip and they all seem like great guys. I'm ready to go play with all of them.
