Sam Tevi, a 6-foot-5, 270-pound defensive lineman plays a major role in a tough, hard-nosed Trinity defense that just won an Area Championship with a stifling 28-7 win over Mansfield (Texas).

The defense also stymied Flower Mound (Texas) Marcus in the 24-6 Bi-District win.

He will be taking his talents to Utah after high school and he hopes that he has his defensive line mate Gaius Vaenuku by his side.
